YourOnlinePharmacy aims to provide you with quality products that you will be highly satisfied with. We understand that there may be occasions when items may not be delivered correctly or that you may wish to return an item that no longer require. Should this be the case, you can return any damaged or unwanted items within 14 days of the date of dispatch for a refund or replacement as long as they are unused and are returned with the original packaging. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. To return an item please complete the returns note included with your order, and enclose with items returned. The return address is:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or there are any discrepancies. You can contact us by email or telephone 0845 465 0462.

We will refund the cost of the product to you upon receipt of the returned items. Please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

We, however, regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded in all circumstances. If the return is required as a result of our error, we will happily refund both the outbound & the return postage charges. In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable.
