What are the different ways that I can search for an item?


If you are familiar with the item you wish to purchase then the easiest way is to use the quick search box, which is on the top right hand side of the page.
Additionally you can refine your search to particular ailments, brands, price ranges or gender using the blue product search box in the top-centre of the page.
 
Delivery

How much do you charge for delivery?

There is a £2.95 packaging and delivery charge on all orders under £45 to destinations within the UK. If you spend over £45 then packaging and delivery is free to any destination within the UK! We do not currently deliver to destinations outside the UK. Heavier parcels (over 2kg) may incur an additional delivery charge based on the weight of the parcel, that will not be automatically added by our website. In this situation, we will get in touch with you before dispatching any heavy parcels, to advise you of the cost and to ask if you are prepared to proceed.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

The majority of our deliveries is conducted through Royal Mail and will not need a signature. However, if deemed necessary due to the value or contents of the order, we may use Recorded or Special Delivery for some deliveries. If you are not in when these are delivered, a note will be left giving instructions on how to obtain your parcel. Additionally a note will also be left if the items are too big too fit through the letterbox.


Can you deliver items on the same day as ordering?

Same day delivery is available for selected postcodes as long as the order is placed before 1pm (this excludes weekends and bank holidays). A delivery charge of £4.00 will be attributable on such orders, for which we endeavour to deliver to you before 5pm on the same day as your order (please note, a signature will be required upon delivery by you or someone approved by you).
If you require urgent medication then you should consult a local doctor or pharmacist.
 
 
Payment

Do you accept cheques?

Yes - for all registered users, we will also accept cheques for orders made using the Order Form (click here…). However please note that goods paid for by cheque will only be despatched once cheques have cleared therefore please allow extra time for order processing. All cheques should be made payable to SPL Corporation Limited (business owner). Please ensure that the Order No and the cheque account holder's address is written on the back of your cheque. These must agree with your registered address.

Cheques and the Order Form should be sent to Sales Department, YourOnlinePharmacy.co.uk, 491 Stratford Road, Birmingham B11 4LE.

Is it safe to pay by credit card over the internet?

Yes - all payments are made through the reputed payment gateway provided by Protx. Every transaction is processed by Protx using the latest industry standards for secure online credit card transactions. Secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the payment process. YourOnlinePharmacy does not process or store any credit/debit card details on our website as they are handled entirely by Protx directly.

Orders


Can I save an order and buy it later?

If you are a registered user, you can save items by adding them to a Wishlist, which you can access in your account and purchase at a later date. The procedure for add items to your Wishlist is easy - simply click on the item and on the right hand side of the product image click the box entitled ‘Add to Wishlist’.
Can I see my previous orders?

If you are a registered user then all previous orders are placed under the section ‘Order History’ in your account for you to access at any point.

How do I book an appointment?

You must be a registered user to use the online booking system.
To book an appointment, please do the following:

1. Click on the red box entitled ‘Ask the Pharmacist’, which is on the right hand side of the main page.
2. A table will be displayed on the page which has a list of pharmacies and different options to choose. Click on the option ‘Book an appointment’ for the relevant pharmacy.
3. Choose a date, time and service and then press ‘book now’
4. If that time is available it will appear in a box below the calendar with the status of ‘pending’, whilst the pharmacist reviews it. If the pharmacist accepts the appointment then the status will change to ‘accepted’ or if it is declined then the status will change to ‘denied’. On both occasions an e-mail will be sent to the user.

How do I view booked appointments?

Once logged on, click on My Account (top right hand side of the page) and on the main user page, you will be able to view your appointments by clicking on the “view appointments” link.

How do I cancel an appointment?

Should you need to cancel/rearrange your appointment please contact us on 0845 465 0462 at least one hour prior to your appointment

Will I be charged if I miss an appointment?

You will not be charged if you miss an appointment. However if you continually book and miss appointments you may be barred from using this service.

How much does it cost to call YourOnlinePharmacy?

If calling from the UK calls are charged at the local rate. Please call 0845 465 0462 (Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.30pm). If calling from outside the UK please call +44 (0)121 472 0174. Calls to this number will be charged at the international rate.

Where does the pharmacist send a reply to my message?

Replies will be sent to both your YourOnlinePharmacy account and your e-mail inbox. However please note that all communication to the pharmacist can only be conducted through your account on YourOnlinePharmacy.

How do I access my account?

To initially access your account, please fill in the Members Login box (right hand side of the website). Once logged on, if you wish to access your account homepage please click on My Account, which is on the top right hand side of the website.
