We believe that value for money is very important and price our products accordingly. We likewise endeavour to keep shipping charges down to a minimum.

UK Standard Delivery

We currently use Royal Mail and Standard Parcel Services to handle all our deliveries. Please note that deliveries are made to the delivery address you supply to us.

• There is a small delivery charge of £2.95 on all orders, which includes packaging, handling, delivery insurance and postal costs to Royal Mail.

• We are offering FREE delivery on all orders above £45 for customers who purchase using our website.

• Orders received by 12pm (Monday to Friday) are despatched on the same day and the vast majority are received 48 hours thereafter, subject to stock availability.

• Orders for large quantities, special requests or disability aids may take up to 7 working days.

• Note that Royal Mail and associated courier services work throughout the day and may deliver any time between 9am and 5pm. 

• You can also arrange for your order to be delivered to alternative addresses including your office or members of your family. You will need to ensure that someone approved by you is able to sign for the delivery.

• Re-despatch of any returned orders may incur an additional delivery charge.

• If stock is unavailable at the time of ordering, you will be contacted within 3 working hours. Please provide relevant contact details.

UK Next Day Delivery

Should you wish, YourOnlinePharmacy offers guaranteed delivery on the next working day for a small additional charge of £2.55 . All UK orders received before 1.00pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for which we have available stock, will be sent that day by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Business Post. A signature will be required upon delivery. Please note that should you wish to use the UK Next Day Delivery service you must contact us on 0845 465 0462 with your invoice no. before 1:00pm.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

YourOnlinePharmacy understands that on many occasions you can not wait for the delivery of certain products or medicine items. For that reason, we are offering a SAME DAY delivery service for selected post-codes on all orders placed before 1pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays), subject to stock availability. A delivery charge of £4.00 will be attributable on such orders, for which we endevour to deliver to you before 5pm on the SAME DAY as your order.

Why wait, when you can have your products delivered same day right to your office desk or home

Heavy Items

Heavier parcels (over 2kg) to United Kingdom Islands (including Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, Shetland Islands, and Northern Ireland ) will incur an additional delivery charge based on the weight of the parcel, that will not be automatically added by our website. In this situation, we will get in touch with you before dispatching any heavy parcels, to advise you of the cost and to ask if you are prepared to proceed.
